Board of Directors Vacancy

The Crystal Clear Special Utility District Board of Directors will be selecting a candidate to fill a vacancy on the Board during its July 23, 2026, regular Board Meeting to fill out the current term. To be considered for the CCSUD Board of Directors vacancy, please review the criteria below.
Qualifications requirements per Texas Water Code Chapter 65, Section 65.102:
- Must be 18 years old; and
- Resident of Texas; and
- Own land subject to taxation in the District; and,
- Be either a user of facilities of the District or a qualified voter of the District
Disqualifications per Texas Water Code Chapter 49, Section 49.052:
- Cannot be a developer of property in the District; or
- Serve as an attorney, consultant, engineer, manager, architect or providing other professional services to the District; or
- Party to a contract with or along with a developer of property in the District relating to the District or to a property within the District other that a real property purchase contract for establishing a permanent residence or commercial business within the District.
Submission Package Requirements:
- Biographical Information; and,
- Statement of Qualifications; and,
- Statement explaining your desire to serve as a CCSUD Board of Director; and
- Written consent to serve, if appointed.
Please submit your Submission Packages via email to andrea@crystalclearsud.org or by hand delivering your package to CCSUD located at 2370 FM 1979 San Marcos, TX 78666. All submissions must be received by 4:00PM on Monday July 6, 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted for consideration.
The CCSUD Board of Directors will consider the candidates and vote to fill the vacancy at its July 23, 2026, Board Meeting.
